How to register:

1. Click the ‘register' link in the top, left corner
2. Enter your details
3. A confirmation will be sent to your email address, click on the link to confirm your registration
   (If you do not receive this email please contact webmaster@hotelpicsnz.com)
4. You are now free to use the available images on hotel pics

How to select required hotel image:

1. Select hotel group from right hand side (e.g. if you need an image of Millennium Hotel Rotorua click ‘Millennium')
2. This will bring up a list of the Millennium hotels, make your selection e.g. Millennium Hotel Rotorua
3. All the images are shown vertically with the option of dpi (100, 300) and format (Jpeg, EPS) on the right hand side
4. Tick the box of the image you require
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘Add images to cart'
6. This will take you to a new screen - you will need to log in with your registration details (above)
7. If you need further images click ‘back to browsing' and follow steps 1-6
8. When you have the images you require click either ‘Zip and download all' if the images are going to be emailed, or ‘download' if you want to save the images to your desktop
9. When you select either of these options and information bar will appear at the top of your page, click on this bar
10. Select ‘download file'
11. You will be asked ‘Do you want to save this file' Click ‘Save'
12. It will then give you the option of where to save the in your files, select appropriately
13. When the images have been saved click ‘close'
14. The images are now saved on your system and ready to be emailed as attachments or printed out as required.
